Small manufacturing company based in Southampton are looking for Office Administrator with immediate start.The role will be varied and will cover all areas of the business,which will be:
Basic ledger work - purchase orders and sales orders
Dealing with email queries and enquiries - check order is understood, volumes, location etc
Basic customer pricing queries
Putting invoices on system
Dispatch notes and order checking
Full training will be given
Able to multitask and undertake a varied role. Meet deadlines where required.
Role is based in an office upstairs, however the person will be required to walk through the work area so safety boots/shoes MUST be worn on site.
For this temp/perm role we are offering a salary of £8.50 per hour
Basic shift hours are Mon-Thur 0800am - 1700pm Fri 0800am-1500pm
