Local Derby Business seeking Office Administrator

Your new company
You will be working for a local business offering over 25 years industry experience. Supporting a wide range of sectors, this company support clients within manufacturing, schools, airports and transport.

Your new role
Working within a busy office environment you will be supporting the office with a wide range of administration duties. Supporting the accounts function you will be responsible for sorting post each week and processing invoices of between 50 - 100 items per day. Working within a team of three you will also be required to answer phone queries, able to continue with daily duties whilst managing a busy phone system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will offer previous or current administration experience, able to manage a busy workload and offer excellent IT skills including Excel and previous use of database management.

What you'll get in return

8:15am - 5:15pm
