Our clients based near Pershore are recruiting for an experienced office administrator to join their friendly team. As this is a very varied role the successful candidate will require excellent IT, organisational skills and communication skills.
Main responsibilities :
- General day-to-day office administration
- Answering the telephone, responding to emails, writing and sending correspondence, filing and keeping office systems updated.
- Providing full administrative support to the team
- Raising orders and processing invoices (Sage Line 50)
- Taking enquiries and recording these in line with company systems
- Adhoc filing and general duties as required
- Experience in working in a similar role essential - 2 years+
- Strong organisational skills
- An excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
- Good IT skills (including Sage Line 50)
- Confident and able to use initiative
- Flexible team player
Salary: £10 - 11 p/hr dep. on experience+ company benefits
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
