Our Clients in Bracknell are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team

working 9.00 to 17.30 Monday - Friday

Brief outline of duties:

  • Answering the door, dealing with visitors, couriers etc.

  • Answering the phone in a professional manner and directing calls as necessary

  • Assist with setting up meetings, arranging lunch and refreshments for visitors

  • Preparation of materials and presentations for in-house meetings, supplier/customer meetings and industry conferences

  • Manage sample requests from the technical and sales teams, sample shopping and management of the samples kept on site. Keeping the Sample Room clear, clean and in order. Making sure old products that are out of date are removed and disposed of.

  • Managing the post, date stamping all incoming post from Royal Mail and distributing to employees, sending out all post including tracked items

  • Managing the couriers, responsible for logging all incoming deliveries and storing delivered items appropriately. Packing up all outgoing deliveries and processing online with the couriers for collections. Checking the weekly invoices for accuracy

  • Processing the product imagery with Brandbank with the assistance of the technical department. Check invoices for accuracy

  • Data entry to include weekly sales reports

  • Supporting other team members with filing and printing and scanning of documents

  • Assist with travel bookings, including flights, hotels and ground transportation for employees

  • Ordering of stationery, kitchen and office supplies. Keeping the kitchen and stationery cupboard stocked

  • Assist the EA to the CEO/Chairman as required

  • Adhoc duties as required

The ideal candidate;

  • Must have own car

  • Must be willing to work independently or as part of a team

  • Must be confident in working in a busy and demanding office

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritise work

  • Experience in an admin role would be desirable, but not essential
