Office Administrator

A permanent Office Administration job based in Mansfield.

Your new company
You will be working for a leading construction firm which is based in Mansfield. The reason the vacancy has come about is due to an expansion in their head office.

Your new role
You will be dealing with general office administration duties such as managing spreadsheets on excel and running reports, you will be liaising with clients and managing staff diaries. You will also be supporting all office staff and greeting clients and doing adhoc reception when required. You will also be trained as a fire warden, deal with stationary orders, filing and photocopying.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2+ years experience.

What you'll get in return
9 working hours a day (Monday- Friday. and 28 days holiday)
