Duties will include:
- Administer new contracts
- Support offsite visits by booking transport and accommodation and monitor expenditure
- Responsible for purchasing office equipment
- Document control
- Maintain and update the contact database
- Assist with presentations and the preparation of brochures
- Support new employees with relevant documentation
- Maintain the Skype account
Previous experience of working within an office environment is essential. The successful candidate must also be proficient using Word and Excel and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
