My client a successful electrical company based in the Rutherglen area is looking to recruit for an Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis starting asap.
The is a great opportunity for someone to gain admin experience in a small close knit team, who work at a fast pace on a variety different tasks. Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 1 year's previous admin experience.
Main duties and Responsibilities will include:
* All general filling duties
* First point of contact for all incoming calls/visitors
* Supporting the finance manager on a daily basis
* Chasing PO numbers
* Dealing with all agency staff time sheets
* Help to prepare for month end
In order to be considered for this positions the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, extremely well organised and also have access to their own transport.
