Your new company My client is a top firm in the Region and they are looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting time for the company after recently winning some prestigious contracts.
Your new role
You will work in a small administration team to ensure the smooth running of the office, including the management of secretarial support for the design and technical staff and in particular the Directors. This will be a varied and fast paced role and will require a minimum of two years administration experience. This roles encompasses all elements of Admin duties from answering e-mails to distributing post but a large proportion of your role will be to ensure that an effective Customer Relationship Management process is implemented, which includes updating all client contact information, the maintenance of an accurate customer database and the implementation of a customer feedback system that ensures collation, evaluation and presentation of customer feedback to the MD's on a quarterly basis. You will also be tasked with producing reports for directors for each meeting and contribute to the preparation of sales documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a team player, this is a small office with a good moral and everyone works together to complete tasks ,especially when deadlines are tight. You need to have a positive energy and a good work ethic and wants to work with liked mined people. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is a key requirement.
