Office Administrator

Reed are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator on behalf of a local company. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. The hours are Monday- Friday 9am -5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. 

The responsibilities include; 
- Answering incoming calls
- First point of contact for client emails and orders
- Logging jobs onto computer system
- Logging quotations and sending notifications
- Updating customer information
- Liaising with internal teams

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and have some previous experience working within a customer service administration environment.
