Job Title: Administrator
Temporary to Permanent
Joining a well established property company based in Borehamwood they boast a property portfolio spanning across the UK.
As an Administrator you will responsible for the administration supporting the Bookings Manager within this fast paced, specialist firm. Looking for someone bright, proactive, well organised and a team player.
Assisting with the administration of Utilities across the property portfolio
Answering general enquiries, maintaining the filing system and scanning/binding any property details
Booking hotel/travel arrangements as needed
Setting up and preparing for any on site meetings
Maintaining office supplies and sundries
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Previous Administration experience
Grades A-C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident team player
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
20 days holiday + Bank Holiday
