Office Administrator

A well established International company require a varied and skilled, capable office administrator to cover maternity leave fulltime in a busy office.

You will have to work 8am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8 till 3.30pm Friday.

You will have a diverse background in office adminstration, you will be responsible for invoicing, placing orders, answering the phone, dealing with customer orders, managing deliveries, quoting customers, dealing with walk in customers, chasing suppliers and deliveries.

You must have a good eye for detail, be efficent and be able to meet dead lines.

8-5pm Mon to Thursday, Friday 8-3.30pm

£8.00 per hour
