A growing Electrical company based in South London seeks an office administrator to join their friendly team

Key Responsibilities / skills:

  • Minimum one year's experience in an administration role is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service experience
  • Data entry experience and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet key deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
  • Flexible and a team player
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by management

The administrator will be required to communicate with customers via the telephone, booking in high volumes of work, liaising with office members and engineers alike

The position is full time
