·General office admin duties

·Assisting other office team members as required

·Organisation of local and international travel for contractors and office staff as required

·Arranging and booking hotels and accommodation

·Liaising with approved travel agents

·Research into flight routes

·Updating internal flight register

·Processing requests for visas if required

·Liaising with finance department to ensure reimbursable costs are invoiced to client(s)

·Visiting embassies within the UK (if required) in order to present documentation for visa / work permit processing
