Office Administrator in Manufacturing, Based in Preston, Temp Ongoing, Full Time, £9.20 per hour.
Your new company
You will be working for a large manufacturing company who are based in Preston. The company are responsible for creating well-known health supplements to retailers across the U.K. With the demand for vitamins and supplements increasing, the company have huge plans for expansion. This expansion includes overseas trading - specifically, trading in Europe. As a result of this expansion, the company require additional support to be provided to their back office team and further team members.
Your new role
In your new role you will become an integral part of the back-office team. Your role is fundamental in ensuring that the business continues to run smoothly during this time of development and growth. Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Reporting daily to the Office Manager
- Supporting the office manager in all aspects of administration
- Filing/scanning/binding confidential paperwork and documents
- Updating in house databases and data enrichment
- Maintaining all supplier relationships
- Ad-hoc support to further Managers and Directors
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have strong organisational, coordination and administration skills. Previous administration experience is essential and experience within manufacturing is desired. Further skills include a strong attention detail, knowledge on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

This will be a rolling temporary contract with no anticipated end date - it is all work load dependent. You will be working 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
