Office Services Spanish Speaking Administration Customer Services

Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a permanent Spanish speaking office administrator, this role is based in central Manchester, this role is to start immediately.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing full administration support to the wider team, you will meet and greet, deliver effective services, provide excellent customer service, you will deal with any day to day queries, provide any support to the team, coordinate any meetings, process any sales orders, respond to emails, update PO numbers, mange costs and budgets and support with any general office administration work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, you will have excellent presentation skills, you will be personable friendly and able to communicate on various levels, fluent Spanish is essential, you will be organised and you will be able to prioritise tasks, you will be immediately available for work and able to commit to a business on a permanent basis.

What you'll get in return
This role is paying up to £22,500 based in city centre Manchester. Immediate starting.
