Office Administrator - part time
Monday - Friday - 30 hours per week
Our Admin team is expanding and we are seeking a confident and proactive individual to provide essential support across our business through a variety of administrative tasks.
With a diverse range of responsibilities this role will put you in touch with all levels of personnel, across multiple departments internally and externally.
Your days will be varied and you’ll find that you’ll be busy with processing documentation, distributing essential communications, monitoring the Time and Attendance system, taking and redirecting calls, organising hospitality or providing administrative support to HR.
Skills and experience
- Time spent in a similar position would be advantageous however your positive attitude and organisational and time management ability is essential to succeed in this role.
- You’ll have great communication skills and the ability to apply discretion especially when working with sensitive information.
- Knowledge of using HR or Time and Attendance systems would be useful however most important is your excellent attention to detail and good keyboard and IT skills.
