A leading, family run property company based near Chiswick, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Manager with previous property experience, to join their rapidly growing organisation.

This role would suit a highly organised, meticulous and proficient office administrator who is intelligent and articulate. Your hard working, professional attitude together with your personable and approachable nature will ensure you excel in this position as you will regularly have contact with prospective clients.

Your previous experience in a similar position will allow you to hit the ground running in this busy and varied role, with duties that include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL -Producing legal (including ASTs) and marketing documents
  • Maintaining the website with property details, photos and floorpans etc
  • All office management duties
  • Plus more

Skills and experience required for this Office Administrator / Manager role include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a property / real estate company
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Professional, hardworking and personable
  • PC literate with strong MS Office skills
