Office Administrator - Healthcare Recruitment Agency

Arthur Rai Medical Services is a Healthcare Recruitment Agency based in West Kensington London. We are looking to recruit an administrator on a temporary basis but with the potential to become permanent full time.

Main duties include:

Providing administrative support

Search and update computer records/client database

Process internal and external telephone enquiries

Meeting and greeting clients

Handling the registration process of our temps (compliance)

Support the manager and the sales team

All other aspects of running a successful office

Person specification

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and should be enthusiastic and cheerful. You should also have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills and work very well as part of a small team. You must be reliable and punctual individual with strong timekeeping skills. Excellent keyboard skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft office is essential and you must have an eye for detail. Previous experience of working for an employment or nursing agency would be desirable but not essential.
