Office Administrator for Global Business - up to £22k!

A professional and innovative business based near Witton is seeking an efficient Office Administrator to support the busy and dynamic sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who is seeking an interesting office position to show-case their ability to prioritise, organise and use their initiative. You will be assisting with an array of projects; reporting into the sales manager and ensuring all processes are implemented and developed accordingly.

The role will primarily involve coordinating a range of team requirements, including booking meeting rooms, managing KPI reporting, monitoring holiday absences, managing team travel and completing general administration such as filing, scanning and taking up ad hoc projects. This is a hands-on position which will really encourage autonomy and team work. You must be able to communicate effectively and understand the needs of the team.

The successful applicant will show commitment, determination and excellent organisational abilities. Ideally, you will have some professional experience alongside a positive and proactive mind-set!
