We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who have the communication skills to deal with people from every walk of life on a daily basis, to join us as a customer service advisor/office administarator. This is an exciting fun and energetic role where you will be working with a team of successful and experienced professionals. We're looking to help our client explain their options and provide a great customer service experience. This role is relevant to the construction and business developement sectors.

The ideal candidate:

- Must have excellent communication skills over the phone and email

- Must be organised and able to work efficiently to deadlines and targets

- Must have a professional approach and able to speak to people at all levels

- Be proactive and have a positive attitude to their work, ability to prioritise workload

- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Ideal candidate required to be fluent in English, knowledge of Russian language is an advantage

Essential skills/experience:

- Strong background in customer service

- Experience of working towards performance targets in a busy environment

- Self motivated with a positive attitude

- Organised, efficient, good time management

- Bookkeeping and data entry knowledge would be beneficial
