Office administrator and showroom assistant

We are looking for a ambitious candidate to provide administrative and sales support to our team with East Midland Stoves. East Midland Stoves are suppliers and installers for wood and multi fuel Stoves and supply a range of appliances and building work associated with fireplaces. We are a small family run business based in Sapcote, Leicester.

Roles and responsibilities

Dealing with customer enquiries on the phone and in the showroom

Answering the phone

Emails

Advertising

Managing new and existing customers

Ordering

Stock take

We require you to have the following abilities:

Positive attitude towards work

Excellent Computer skills

Must be confident when dealing with customers in the showroom and over the phone

Be able to work alone and use initiative

Good organisation skills

Follow instructions well

Take an interest in the industry

Previous admin experience would be preferable

We offer: £8-9 ph based on previous experience 30 hours per week with overtime available Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings Company pension Training provided Holiday entitlement including bank holidays
