Office administrator and accounts

Our client on the out-skirts of Tring is looking for an excellent administrator to join their accounts department. The ideal candidate will be confident on Sage 50 as this will be used on a daily basis. The person will be organised and ambitious. There is definite progression in this position - you could grow into a management accountant.

Reports to: Director of Finance, HR and Admin

Key responsibilities:

  • Posting, processing and matching sales/purchase ledger invoices, receipts and payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly supplier pay run
  • Sage job costing analysis
  • Account reconciliation
  • Ordering materials
  • Managing deliveries
  • Project H&S Admin
  • Project file management including site inspection documentation
  • Adhoc administration
  • Risk assessment logs
