Office Administrator - 6 Month Contract

The Next Chapter

We are looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for supporting approximately 100 people in our Altrincham office for the next 6 months.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for six months. After which, this may be extended or go permanent following internal discussions and business needs.

The Star

The star of this chapter is going to be you, someone who can champion cross-team collaboration and communication, conducting a variety of administrative support functions that contribute to a smoothly run office.

You will working within the following areas

Office administration

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Monitoring and ordering general office supplies and dealing with various suppliers e.g. cleaning company, catering services etc.

  • Dealing with internal and external post and deliveries

  • Maintaining various internal records covering a variety of aspects of the business e.g. staff car details, car parking, purchase requisitions, seating plans, telephone listings etc.

  • Liaising with reception in our Head Office in Surrey

Health and Safety

  • Work with the Health and Safety representative to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulation

  • Facilities

  • Managing the relationship with the landlord’s agents, escalating and resolving issues

  • First port of call for any premises related issues

  • Manage the fob access system, security arrangements and other premises related services

Ad-hoc

  • Various work streams to help support the Finance team and wider Company
