Office Administration Assistant

We require a dedicated Hands On Experienced accounts assistant to join our small but expanding admin accounts & payment processing team duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Order and sales invoice processing
  • Payment processing on Barclay card online terminal
  • Payment processing with Bacsetc
  • Data Input
  • Office duties including filing answering telephone / emails
  • Customer Service
  • Understanding of VAT & Import Export rules

Ideal applicant will come from the Banking & Finance Industry or held a similar job in either mail order or motor industry environment

You will be responsible for sales and order processing office, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed

You must have a deep understanding of payment processing, address verification and payment fraud rules and above all you must have initiative and common sense plus excellent verbal and written communication skills.
