Our client is seeking an enthusiastic administration assistant to join their growing team. Using your great organisational skills and eye for detail you will be involved in the following responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Booking Engineer Accommodation
  • Recording and Updating Records
  • Auditing Project Documents
  • Data Entry
  • Answering Phones and dealing with customer queries
  • General office duties

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel. The candidate will be expected to work as part of a team but must have the ability to use their own initiative. Excellent communication and English language skills and numeracy skills are important, along with accuracy and attention to detail. A good sense of humour is essential!

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday. The client can negotiate hours if necessary.
