Our client is seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join their team based in Guildford. The purpose of this position is to be responsible for all administrative duties within the office.

The role involves:
Meeting and assisting visitors that come into the office
Being responsible for ordering stationary
Making sure the office supplies are kept on top of
Taking messages for colleagues when required
Organising meeting rooms and lunches for meetings
Being the first point of call for general office questions
Updating company information when required
Tracking and approving invoices and update lists
Arranging couriers and dealing with the post
Being responsible for expenses
Supporting HR when required

To be considered for this opportunity you will:
Be highly organised
Have flexibility in your working approach
Be friendly and approachable
Have previous administrative experience
Be a car driver and have access to a car
Maintain fantastic communication skills
Work well under pressure
Be able to work to your own initiative
