My client is Cornwall & Devon’s Premier Electrical Retailer
Due to business expansion and increasing workloads they have the following vacancy based in BUDE;
OFFICE / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
The successful applicant must be organised and methodical in their work and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties will include;
• Answering phones and dealing with customer enquires
• Preparing and modifying documents, emails and reports
• Maintaining an electronic and hard copy filing system
• Data entry for online claims
• Analysis of petty, expenses and costs
The applicant must be self-motivated, computer literate and competent with MS Word, Excel & Outlook. Although not essential, previous experience in an office environment will be viewed favourably. The position will be based out of the head office in Queen Street, Bude.
This is a permanent position, entailing a 40 hour, 5 day week, including Saturdays on rota.
