Cordant People have an exciting opportunity with an AMAZING client in the Honiton area..

To support the team in purchasing and general operations, they are looking for a candidate who is willing to take a 'hands-on approach' with a strong attention to detail. You would be assisting several key functions that are integral to the day-to-day running of the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

Liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate incoming material dates are provided to the scheduling team

Tendering raw materials to approved suppliers

Raising bills of materials in line with customer specifications

Entering raw material specifications with a high degree of accuracy

Providing cross-functional coverage for goods inwards

Preparing and sending samples as per customer requests

Reconciliation of stock upon completion of manufacturing works orders

Writing manufacturing methods in line with internal processes and as per customer requirements

Reconciliating stock to complete works orders

Skills & Experience:

No prior experience is necessary although prior administrative and customer facing experience will be of value. You will be passionate and have the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be passionate with the drive and desire to engage in an environment where you will gain significant cross-functional cover and experience.
