The Tax Assistants are required to communicate with clients by telephone, post and email in order to answer queries, chase information and provide status updates. The role also requires a strong degree of administration and attention to detail to ensure client information, documents and receipts are all accounted for, checked and processed correctly.
This role would suit someone who has well developed communication skills, excellent ability to organise and prioritise, in addition to strong IT skills. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and eager to learn, with a determination to achieve targets and meet deadlines. Whilst experience within an administration/customer service role would be highly advantageous, full training will be provided and so this is not necessary.
