Office Admin Support

Office: Walton on Thames, Surrey

Do you have 1 to 2 years admin or office support experience? I want to hear from you today!

Are you proactive, with a good understanding of Word and basic office practice?

Post: in/out

Answering telephones, taking accurate and detailed messages.

The day to day duties will involve:

Arranging post in and out

speaking with clients and taking accurate phone messages

Dealing with client enquiries on the telephone

Full training will be provided for packages and systems used.

You must have:

Good admin skills and be able to deal with high workloads and deadlines

A good understanding of Maths and English grades A-C

Highly organised and self-motivated

Hours will alternate between 08:00 - 16:30 and

09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

The role does not require any Saturday work and is totally admin based with NO SALES
