Office Admin Assistant

Our established client is seeking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join their team due to growth.

Working Days/Hours

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Main responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones
  • Sorting Incoming post
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning documents onto the system
  • Shredding confidential waste
  • Ordering Stationery / Maintaining Printed Stationery levels for office & consultants
  • Assisting Operations manager and Directors
  • Stationery printing for consultants
  • Assist with organising of food order / lunch booking for team meetings
