Full time - Immediate Start.

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing company in Elland as an office admin assistant.

Established for over ten years you would be joining a company with an unique product offering and enviable reputation for client service and customer care.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a friendly and polite individual with a real knack for dealing with customers on the phone. We don’t want any plodders, we would like a person who is not frightened to step up a gear when needed with a real friendly and cheerful approach.

You must have the ability to learn quickly, to work quickly and accurately in what can sometimes become a fast and pressured environment.

You will also need to be an excellent team player who can fit straight in. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and really prove themselves and offers excellent career progression for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone.
  • Dealing with customer requests.
  • Resolving client queries.
  • Speaking with suppliers.
  • Speaking with customers.
  • Needs to be an excellent team player.
  • General day to day office admin task.
  • Booking up sales and purchase orders.
  • Chasing suppliers and lead times.
  • Checking goods packed match picking instructions.
  • Extensive administration experience.
  • Preparing quotes.
  • Liaising with all other departments.
  • Generating sales reports for management.
  • Chasing account application forms.
  • Managing incoming sales enquiries and passing them onto the relevant sales person.
  • Working closely with senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Integrated Packages.
  • Experience of using CRM packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

This position requires various skills and disciplines but Drive, Enthusiasm and a "CAN "and "WILL" do attitude is essential. This is a fast-moving role and requires excellent attention to detail.
