Serving some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, our client is an expert designer, manufacturer and installer of signs. They are now looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join their team in Luton.

As an Office Admin Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of our client’s site in Luton.
In this varied role, you’ll respond to customer calls, input orders into our client’s bespoke system and carry out basic reporting. You’ll also complete a range of data entry tasks and ad-hoc activities around the office.

- Previous administration experience
- A high level of IT literacy, including Microsoft packages
As an Office Admin Assistant, you’ll have a positive, hands-on approach and the willingness to learn. Organised and diligent, you’ll also have great communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
