A small family run business based near Brierley Hill have a new vacancy for a person with good all round office skills, the person will have good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
The job role will include :
Accounts - Bank reconciliations, raising invoices (200-300 monthly), VAT returns
Sales Order Processing (From internet orders and telephone) To call existing clients re new products - gaining orders
Admin - filing, general office admin
The person needs to be adaptable and apply themselves to needs in the office as they arise. They will have good customer service skills to enable them to deal with incoming order/stock enquiries. A varied role which will perfectly suit a person with accounts and admin skills, a good
