Office Accounts Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing business based near Colwick, is looking for an experience Office Accounts Manager to join their busy but friendly team.
The role will involve sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control aspects, as well as setting up customer Direct Debits. The successful candidate will complete accounts up to Management Accounting level and will liaise with the external accountant to ensure all accounts are up to date and correct.
As a relatively new business, they need someone with a strong accounts background, ideally within a small business, who can take charge and put processes in place for all aspects of accounts. We are looking for someone who will take control of managing the accounts and will grow with the business, adding input and improvements to other areas within the business.
Experience of using the Xero accounting package would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be given, but candidates must have experience of one or more other accounting packages. If you have an AAT that would be ideal, but previous hands-on experience in an accounts role is the essential requirement.
