Office 365 trainer (West Midlands)

Are you an experienced Microsoft Office trainer? Do you enjoy helping people get to grips with new technology?

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills to support our client’s desktop upgrade. The role will involve supporting early adopters of the new technology, undertaking user admin tasks, responding to questions and issues through email and Yammer, managing a support log and compiling frequently asked questions.

A good working knowledge of Office 365, Skype for Business, Yammer and SharePoint is essential as is experience of supporting similar rollouts.

The role is expected to run for a minimum of 6 months, starting in early March. Based in the West Midlands area.
