Office 365 Specialist required by our market leading client to work on a national Office 365 roll out across the organisation. The Office 365 Specialist will work closely with and support the Project Manager to help deliver the solution to the business and realise its’ strategic goals.


  • Deliver Office 365 on-site as part of a large transformation programme
  • Work with colleagues and contribute to the strategic aims of the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a customer-focused IT service
  • Communicate with all members of the Project Team on a daily basis
  • Coordinate all tasks required as part of the Project Management Office
  • Deal with day to day issues as they arise
  • Carry out project administrative tasks including updating task list & updating the Project Manager pre & post delivery at services
  • Act to prevent problems, reporting and escalating issues where necessary
  • Identify and take forward improvement opportunities and contribute to the overall service improvement plan
  • Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organisation.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment
  • To undertake, any reasonable travelling requirements, in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role

  • Participate in regular support and supervision from line management
  • Attend and participate in regular team and other meetings, both internal and external

The Office 365 Specialist will be away from home overnight at times.

This fantastic role will start in Mid May and will run on a 12 month FTC with a salary of £25,000-28,000 p/a depending on experience. This includes 33 days holiday, company pension, group life assurance, eye care vouchers and many more.
