Global IT Solutions Company require a suitably experienced Office 365 Deployment & Support Engineer based at their financial services client in the heart of the city.

You will have solid Office 365 deployment experience, with previous experience with large roll out projects, ideally within financial services.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include delivery of Office 365, Outlook setup with Exchange Online, Office 365 end user training on Mobile and Desktop platforms and supporting end users issues to conclusion.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the office 365 project is delivered successfully, suggesting updates to project documentation and processes, taking direction from the mobile and messaging engineering leads and getting hands-on with user support.

Contract Length: 3 Months +

Location; London, City

Day Rate: negotiable

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery and 1st line support of office 365 desktop and Mobile

Responsible for the delivery and 1st line support of Outlook with Exchange Online

Work closely with the Mobile Engineers, Messaging, Project Managers and Digital teams to deliver and support the clients Office 365 workplace

Manage user expectations with the new services.

Configuration of Mobile Device with corporate services, specifically Office 365 applications

Engage with End users to ensure the users are delighted with the new technologies being deployed.

Ensure accurate detailed issues are logged and information is provided to agreed SLAs

Floor walking with defined communities during the deployment of the Office 365 project

General skills

Have a history of working in a project rollout environment

Background in financial services or similar regulated industry preferable

Experienced working with large Office 365 deployments

Experienced working within a Project delivery team.

Experienced working as direct end user support

Experienced in Enterprise Mobility Management (MDM & MAM) Technologies.

Experienced in Virtual Desktop (VDI) Technologies

Experienced in Windows 10 desktop support.
