Offer Management Recruitment Coordinator

The Role:

Providing day-to-day offer management coordination and administrative support to the Technology divison with our investment banking client.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Client/candidate communication
  • Managing offer approval compliance
  • Preparing offer and employment documentation
  • Managing background check initiation
  • Candidate on-boarding communication
  • Candidate and activity reporting/tracking
  • Data entry
  • Process development and improvement
  • Other administrative support as assigned

The Impact:

This is a critical function within the ADP RPO team and will involve exposure to a wide range of both client and ADP RPO stakeholders at all levels. It is a highly interactive role that demands strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisation.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative or organisational role, particularly recruitment coordination.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment within a Technology / IT background
  • High degree of flexibility, motivation, and drive
  • Very strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle deadline-driven situations in a professional & customer focused manner
