The postholder will work as part of the Allied Health Professions group within the Young People’s Unit supported by the wider multidisciplinary team. The role requires working autonomously whilst taking a lead role to manage a caseload of patients to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. The postholder will use occupation as an assessment and therapeutic tools to enable young people to achieve their optimum level of independence based on best practice guidelines while also maintaining dignity and promoting recovery for each individual.
