Locum (Full Time or Part Time)
£20 -£ 30 p/h
The client has a unique approach to the delivery of care where the patient's clinical programmes focus on rehabilitation on-site and in the community and include programmes specifically focused on treating challenging behaviours, minimising the risk to self and others and building skills for a safe discharge into the community.
About the Role
The role in Surrey is in an inpatient rehabilitation and recovery service for patients with mental health needs, personality disorder or mild learning disability with who may have a history of challenging behaviours, risks of self-harm, substance misuse problems or a history of trauma.
To be successful as an Occupational therapist, you'll need:
- An accredited post-graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council
- Interest in working within a forensic environment
We would ideally like an OT with forensic mental health experience, although this is not essential.
