Occupational Health Advisor
Part Time - 3 days a week
£38,000 - 40,000 (Pro Rata) Plus Company Benefits
Our client, a reputable and established Occupational Healthcare Provider, requires a part time OHA to work for their prestigious manufacturing client, renown for being one of Britain's best loved food brands and a fantastic place to work.
This is a part time autonomous role based at one site in Alfreton, 3 days a week (of your choice), office hours, where you will be delivering high quality services to their blue collar employees and office workers.
You will undertake the full occupational health remit to include sickness absence case management, health surveillance, health and wellbeing and workplace assessments.
You will work closely with a supportive HR Team and receive excellent support and development from the wider clinical and account team.
Our client is offering a salary of 38-40K circa pro rata, 33 days holidays pro rata, support towards your continuous professional development, pension and private healthcare.
You will ideally need to hold the Occupational Health Qualification with experience in manufacturing settings and have excellent competencies in case management, report writing and health surveillance.
You will have a particular interest in developing an effective health and wellbeing programme and be instrumental in ensuring all employees have access to health promotional activities.
