Full Time Occupational Health Administrator - Up to 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our highly respected client is looking for an administrator who be will be part of a small but busy Occupational Health team who support the organisation to protect and enhance the health & welfare of all staff within the organisation. You will be responsible for a range of day to day administration duties including liaising with internal and external customers and management of data on in-house systems.
You will be highly organised and professional at all times in this very confidential environment and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As you will be based in a dedicated Occupational Health office there will be occasions when the team presence fluctuates according to varied working patterns and appointments so you must be adaptable. Prioritisation is key and you must be comfortable with dealing with and managing change.
Previous experience in administration is essential along with excellent attention to detail and confident Microsoft Office IT skills, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Microsoft AX experience is also desirable as well as any previous experience in Healthcare Occupational Health administration.
Salary of up to £20k (Pro rata) dependent upon experience.
