O2 Contact Centre - CUSTOMER RETENTION EXECUTIVE x 6

Location: Tooting

Package: Full-time employed 40 hours per week, £17-18k plus £6k bonus.

Right now we're looking for Retentions Advisors to join to take & make customer service calls at our O2's Contact Centre in Tooting - it's a great place to work and easily accessible from Tooting tube station (2 minute walk).

About the role
As a Retentions Advisor, your aim will be to help customers get the best Mobile Phone and Device deal that suits their needs.

Talking to existing customers that are looking to disconnect or upgrade the services on their account, you'll help us offer guidance on the best mobile phone offers available to meet the customer's individual needs. You will deal with calls that relate to upgrading both PAYG & Pay Monthly contracts. By listening to customers and exploring their reasons for wanting to disconnect or upgrade, you will be able to use your knowledge of products and services to understand which offers will work for them. Working to balance the needs of all parties, you'll team business sense with a great customer experience and the solution will be beneficial for the business and the customer.

About you
We're looking for confident, customer focused people to join our fast paced team. You'll need to be able to keep on top of changing offers and rules, and your rapport with the customer will be vital in gaining understanding of what they need. Your personable telephone manner and inquisitive nature means you'll ask all the right questions and be great at problem solving. Experience isn't necessary, just clear enthusiasm for great customer service.
