NVQ Assessor CS,BA & Management L3

The Client

Acorn is recruiting on behalf of our client a leading training provider based in the heart of Cardiff for Qualified NVQ Assessor to specialise within Customer Service, Business Admin and Management Level 3 to join their expanding team. You will be based in Cardiff and be responsible for building and managing a caseload of around 40 learners across South Wales.

The Role

* Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved
* Providing a quality learning experience and journey, ensuring quality standards are achieved
* Supporting learner to achieve qualifications to a quality standard in a timely fashion.
* Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets

The Candidate

* Occupational competencies and experience of Level 2 and 3 delivery within Business Admin, Customer Service, & Management Level 3.
* Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices
* CAVA qualifications or equivalent and assessing experience
* ESW Level 2 in AON, Comms and ICT or equivalent
* Full driving license and use of own vehicle
* Management experience (desirable)
* Welsh speaking would be advantageous

This role is subject to a DBS check. The cost of the DBS check will be met by the company.


* Paying a basic salary between £18,000 - £23,000
