We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager for a mid-sized Nursing Home based in Norwich specialising in general & dementia nursing. The job is supported with a comprehensive Induction program providing support throughout.
The successful candidate will oversee the day to day running of this Norwich based home and be responsible for the delivery of high quality person centred care in line with CQC requirements.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can engage with the service users to ensure their needs are met to a high standard and a comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards. You will be required to maintain very positive working relationships with external 3rd party Care professionals, families and visitors.
To be considered for this exciting role as a Home Manager, you will be required to have experience of Home Management and will either be a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) and hold a Registered Managers Award or be happy to undertake this qualification.
Our Client offers a salary for this Norwich based role of up to £40,000 that can be increased with an annual bonus of £2500.
Our client is also able to support the payment of a DBS.
The role includes 25 days holiday (plus public holidays) , Medical Insurance, Pension and inclusion on the Perkbox retail scheme.
