NURSING HOME MANAGER – SALFORD - £NEGOTIABLE UP TO 45K FOR MANAGERS WITH PROVEN TRACK RECORD – 25% OF ANNUAL SALARY BONUS SCHEME - 60+ BEDDED HOME
White Knight Recruitment is working in partnership with a national provider of care and nursing homes.
This forward thinking provider has invested heavily in its staffing structure and has a deep focus of driving quality and improvements through its operation.
This provider requires a Home Manager for their 60+ bedded care home in Salford situated in a convenient location close to local amenities. The home provides residential and nursing care including respite.
The provider is seeking a candidate with good leadership and management experience to further develop the home.
Candidates will need to have strong management skills obtained in nursing home settings, ideally be nurse qualified and have experience of managing in nursing home and care home settings either as a manager or an experienced deputy manager.
In return, the provider will offer excellent remuneration negotiable for the right candidate, an industry-leading bonus of 25% of annual salary and a range of benefits and training in line with a provider of this nature including; 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, staff discount scheme and pension.
