Are you a enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking Nursing Associate who is looking to take the next step in your career? Would you be interested in joining a wonderful, supportive team, providing community nursing services to our patients across Bolton? We are seeking to appoint Band 4 Nursing Associates to work within the community nursing service working within a team, providing home-based care led by District Nurses. This service is part of the Integrated Community Services Care Division of the Trust who provide a multitude of services within Bolton. These roles have never been more important as the Trust, the NHS, and the wider health system battles the Coronavirus pandemic.

You will be joining a team that prides itself in delivering high quality care, in the right place, every time, with the desire to make a difference to the people of Bolton. Experience of working in the community is not essential as we will ensure you receive a full supportive induction when you join the Division and the team. If you have recently qualified as a Nursing Associate, we will support your practice consolidation and work with you to help you develop even more knowledge skills and experience.

You need to be a team player who always strives to deliver the best possible care to your patients. The post also involves 7 day working on a rota basis which includes bank holidays so we need you to be able to work flexibly.
