We're looking for a passionate Nursery Assistant and Early Years Practitioners to join this welcoming nursery team and support toddlers in their early learning journey.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Encourage the development of 2-4-year-olds through creative indoor and outdoor play.

• Lead and assist with nursery Forest School sessions and nature-based learning in the nursery's beautiful outdoor spaces.

• Deliver stimulating early years activities that promote curiosity and exploration.

• Work closely with your colleagues to create a nurturing and safe nursery environment for young children.

• Support children's daily routines, including mealtimes, rest, and personal care.

• Observe and document progress following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Term-Time Only Contract - enjoy holidays off with family and friends!

The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for early years education.

Essential skills and experience:

• Previous experience working with toddlers (qualified or unqualified with relevant childcare experience considered).

• Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential for a nursery assistant with experience.

• Experience in the education and training sector and as a nursery assistant essential

• Positive, professional, and caring approach when engaging with young children.

• Strong team player with a commitment to growth and learning.

• Must be within a commutable distance of Kensington and Chelsea.
