Registered Nurse

Rate of pay: Competitive

Location: Telford


We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client and require a Registered Nurse for a residential home in Telford. This is a permanent full-time position.

This home provides residential and respite care services for older people and those living with dementia or a disability.

The Registered Nurse will promote a high standard of nursing care, ensure all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will perform all general nursing duties, follow CQC and NMC guidelines, report to the home manager, update care plans and administer safe medication.
You will provide a high standard of care and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.

All applicants must have a valid NMC registration and a valid PIN.
You must have excellent communication and written skills and have previous experience working within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be a team player but also be required to work on your own initiative.
You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.
As a key member of the team you will contribute to the leadership of the service engaging with Healthcare Assistants as well as the dedicated Nursing team within the home.
